01. Personalization Strategy (Old Navy)
Designed in April-May 2025

The Objective: A 2-week "Sprint to Prototype" to identify high-potential personalization levers.
- Key Explorations: Gamified onboarding, style-training "Curation Mode," and O2O (Online-to-Offline) reservation systems.
- Senior Impact: This wasn't just a UI exercise; it was an exploration of Value Exchange—designing moments where users feel rewarded for sharing data, thereby solving the "cold start" problem for recommendation engines.
02. Elevated Denim Experience (CEO Presentation)
Designed in 2024

The Objective: High-priority vision work requested by the Senior Director of UX for a CEO-level presentation.
- Key Explorations: Interactive denim fit-quizzes, visual sub-category navigation, and "Shop the Look" marketing modules.
- Senior Impact: Balanced aspirational storytelling with technical feasibility, ensuring the "elevated" brand vision remained grounded in the existing app architecture.
03. Accelerated Checkout & Bag Optimization
Designed in 2024

The Objective: Modernizing the high-intent stages of the funnel to improve conversion.
- Key Explorations: Promo/pricing clarity, simplified buy-boxes, and stress-testing "worst-case" notification density.
- Senior Impact: Successfully advocated for UI patterns that were later integrated into the live app. This project demonstrated the ability to handle high-complexity edge cases (e.g., multiple stacking promos) without compromising visual hierarchy.
04. Banana Republic: Brand Transformation
Designed 2023–2024

The Objective: Translating BR’s "Home & Lifestyle" brand refresh into a premium mobile experience.
- Key Explorations: Editorial layouts, immersive video backgrounds, and storytelling-first navigation.
- Senior Impact: Acted as a bridge between Brand Creative and Product Engineering, proving that an editorial, "vibe-first" experience could still function within a modular design system.
